Dar playing

Dar is so funny, he is constantly wanting me to take his picture while he is playing. He has gotten very good recently about playing on his own (FINALLY) in his bedroom, or out here in the family room. So here are some pictures of him playing.



Mike, Louis and Dar were playing football in our family room and Dar was using the advantage (or so he thought) of turning into a Ben 10 alien to help his situation.

Dar is huge into transformers right now. Since we didn't actually have any until this weekend, he has designated various cars of his as transformers and calls them by name, pretends to transform them, and plays out little scenes both imaginary and from the movies. This is his line up. They all have a permenant dwelling in "the transformers ship" which is actually a car carrier that looks a lot like optimus prime. Anyway, he races that ship with the Transformers in it around the house a lot. Miraculously this game will keep him entertained for hours. Some times most of the day finds him running back and forth between his room, family room, and the kitchen with these guys in tow, talking with them and them talking to each other. While I'm making dinner he is always taking up most of the floor playing with autobots. It is very cute.

Although the shirt is coincidental, he was playing with his tool set and got all dressed up, carrying a load of tools out to the couch. He was pretending to fix EVERYTHING before he insisted on a picture. My big helper!
